Vaughan Paving is a full-service general contractor providing in-house paving, concrete, grading, sewer & watermain, excavation, emergency repair, winter maintenance, line painting, and project management — for municipalities, developers, and commercial property owners across the Greater Toronto Area.
Vaughan Paving Ltd. was established in April 1982 by Lorenzo Antonini and Angelo Spano, who had already spent years together in the paving and road building industry. They rented a small office unit in Concord and started with an asphalt patching crew, two dump trucks, a skid steer, a couple of rollers, and a lot of ambition.
A hands-on approach on every project earned a strong reputation for quality and let them widen the business — a grading crew, then a concrete crew, so complete road and parking lot construction could be handled in house. In 1997 the owners built their own office and shop at 220 Basaltic Road, where we are still located today.

Vaughan Paving takes the health and safety of our employees and the general public very seriously. We want to make sure everyone arrives home to their families at the end of the day, and we provide our employees with all the safety training and protective devices to do so.
All of our employees are trained annually in WHMIS, traffic safety, and MTO CVOR requirements, and we have designated first aid trained personnel with every crew, certified in emergency first aid and CPR.
